Mission
Your mission is to develop new and important customers or sub-segment, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory or segment.
您的使命是開發(fā)新的重要客戶或細分市場,推廣公司產(chǎn)品和解決方案,并在負責的地區(qū)或細分市場實現(xiàn)銷售收入。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market or sub-segment, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
? Aggressively exploit the responsible to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
? Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
? Actively promote new products and automation solutions ba
? Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
? Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
? Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue.
? Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs.
? Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
? Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
? Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
任務職責包括但不限于:
? 對負責區(qū)域的市場或細分市場進行 SWOT 分析,收集有關競爭、潛在市場容量、當前市場份額和客戶反饋的信息
? 積極開發(fā)所負責區(qū)域,尋找新的目標客戶和新的銷售機會
? 計劃和組織銷售活動,如演示、研討會、巡線、生產(chǎn)線審核、解決方案介紹等,以了解客戶需求,將機會轉(zhuǎn)化為訂單
? 結(jié)合客戶需求,積極進行新產(chǎn)品和自動化方案的推廣
? 在客戶項目中與客戶和項目團隊合作,收集客戶需求,分析應用并提供解決方案,以滿足客戶價值
? 在市場活動和市場分析中與市場部團隊合作
? 與服務部和項目團隊合作,實現(xiàn)客戶滿意度
? 與財務團隊合作,改善應收賬款和逾期賬款的情況
? 建立、維護、擴大和加強與客戶、分銷商和線體商
